The ACE Factor helps you grow.

At Aloma we have a strategy that keeps us focused on our mission. We call this strategy the ACE Factor. The ACE Factor is a three-step process that will help you grow in your daily experience with Jesus Christ. Our goal is to see people attend, connect, and engage. From the first-time visitor to the longtime member, everyone fits somewhere in the ACE Factor.

First, we attend. Our experience begins the first time we attend a worship service or Life Group. The momentum continues as we keep attending.
Next, we connect. We connect with Jesus Christ and with the people and ministries of the church.
Finally, we engage. We engage in service by using our gifts and talents to help and encourage others and to share the gospel.
